We all have 'em the thing is, we often don't think about how much power they have over us and our lives. Your patterns can dictate so many elements of your life, from relationships to body shape to business.

When people come to me for help in a weight loss goal, the first few questions that come up are: "What do I need to eat, and how many days a week should I work out?" Those things certainly will help with working towards an intended outcome, but the problem is that their patterns of behavior don't line up with the new diet and workout protocol. The old patterns have more power, so therefore...without having a conversation about a person's patterns the oatmeal and burpees won't be nearly as effective.
