Kirra's defining moment she realized she was trying to balance it all and be everything to everyone but neglecting herself. She made her family the priority, which was great for them, but she lost herself somewhere along the way. She decided to start lifting, taking cardio classes, studying nutrition, and applied it day-in and day-out, and within six months She had not only lost the 30 pounds she had gained after having her first two kids, but she had completely transformed my body! Needless to say, the experience was life changing. After it, she felt compelled to pursue a career as a certified personal trainer, adaptive fitness instructor, and nutrition specialist. She wanted to empower, educate, and inspire other women to transform their bodies and regain a renewed sense of self — just as she had.

Shortly after starting her own fitness journey, she started her own multi-faceted health and wellness company and became an elite personal trainer for Gold’s Gym and for the last few years helping to transform the bodies and lives of so many women. Fitness has helped her develop and strengthen her character, as it gave her so much more confidence in myself. As well as, always being “real” and staying true to herself. She has built a lot of new friendships and have met a lot of great people by just being herself. In life you must stay humble and be grateful. She always try to be positive and encourage others to do the same. Your attitude influences everything you do in life and how you get along with others. When you work hard and love what you are doing, the rest falls into place.
