Joe Hausch has been called many things, mostly in this order: Artist, Entrepreneur, Designer, Inventor, Musician, and optimist. Half his workday he wears a design and marketing hat as he does Strategic and Creative Services for start-ups/small businesses and Not-for-Profits in the midwest. Creating award-winning Branding/Logos is a strength and some of the most fun assignments. He has had his hands in and around over 500 brands in his career. The rest of the day, many nights and often weekends he continues to change the world as President/CEO/CO of a unique Wisconsin “edutainment” startup. PHOTAVIA: "The Visual Network" is a digital media company that offers custom productions, distributed directly and through several Hybrid TV platforms. PHOTAVIA is a unique video content company. They started creating content to document the great images within The LIFE Picture Collection because they were deteriorating. PHOTAVIA believed they could curate these images, tell some intriguing backstories, and present and accessible, inclusive, interesting, and important iconic art from the past, in a modern and contemporary fashion. PHOTAVIA creates all-inclusive short video experiences via art/photography, part video/musical experience, part education, and part history. It follows the science that shows pleasant thoughts invoked by visual memory triggers can be of therapeutic benefit to individuals, caregivers, and families dealing with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and PTSD, among others. The lifelong learning tools that they are developing continuously can reduce anxiety and stress, create reminiscence, and ignite inter-generational conversations with "art that triggers memories”. PHOTAVIA's unique licensing agreements and focus on the The LIFE Picture Collection™ and photos from LIFE Magazine provides incredible almost familiar content for our G-Rated short two-minute programs that engage, educate and enhance environments. The programs in caregiving are changing the way caregivers fight isolation, start conversations, create engagement, and much, much more.
