In 1935, Kansas City, Missouri at Hotel President, a young man named Roland T. Owen was found brutally injured in his room, 1046. A few hours later, he would succumb to his injuries and die.
To months of investigations that followed and several attempts by the police and people of Missouri, Roland’s killer would never be found.
