In Episode 21 we talk with Bishop William Weigand, Bishop Emeritus of the Diocese of Sacramento. He was Bishop here for 15 years after service as Bishop of the Diocese of Salt Lake City. He spent 10 years as a missionary priest in Caly, Colombia, being sent there by the Bishop of the Diocese of Idaho. Being ordained a priest in the early 1960’s, and working for the Bishop, he had a ringside seat to the Second Vatican Council.
