Big Idea: Every honest question deserves an honest answer!

1. Does evolution change the Big Story of the Bible? 

Genesis 1:27 

So God created human beings in his own image. In the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.

John 3:12 

But if you don’t believe me when I tell you about earthly things, how can you possibly believe if I tell you about heavenly things?

2. Do I have to believe in 7 days of creation to be a Christian? 

Acts 11:26 

When he found him, he brought him back to Antioch. Both of them stayed there with the church for a full year, teaching large crowds of people. (It was at Antioch that the believers were first called Christians.)

Romans 10:9 

If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

3. How old is the universe? 

Hebrew 11:3 By faith we understand that the universe was created by the word of God, so that what is seen was made from things that are not visible.

Genesis 5:3 When Adam was 130 years old, he became the father of a son who was just like him—in his very image. He named his son Seth.
