Tom Kalinske was the CEO of Sega from 1990 to 1996, guiding the company from obscurity to market dominance. He talks about the rise and fall of Sega's hardware, and the difficulties he eventually ran into trying to convince the company's board of directors to partner with Sony or Silicon Graphics on a next generation game player.
