Michele MacNeill was recovering from plastic surgery at the request of her husband Dr. Martin MacNeill. Just one week after the surgery she was found dead in her bathtub and it was ruled an accident. After her daughter's and family members pushed and got loud the case was looked at again. This time more disturbing information about the good Dr. MacNeill came to light and he was ultimately responsible for his wife's death.
