You are AMAZING just the way you are. When times are tough I want you to remember to BE STILL. Being Still is not a weakness but an act of courage. Just think about all that we all go through mentally and emotionally as well as physically when going through a difficult situation. Yes, an unpleasant event can have a toll on our minds and in addition to that, it takes a toll on our body as well as it manifests in the form of aches and pains and sometimes illness and diseases. So please be consciously aware of this and make a strong effort to Be Still!
