Decluttering your space, declutters the mind. When you declutter you create room for more good to come in. Decluttering can lead to more expansiveness and growth in your life. Although it can feel overwhelming, there are many ways to declutter and the benefits will motivate you.

Journal Prompts:

  1. Why are you holding onto these items/ memories?
  2. If it got lost would you really care and would you replace it?
  3. If you didn't find it would you have cared if it was there in the first place?
  4. What memories and emotions are you ready to let go of?
  5. How can you detach your emotions from the clutter?
