Peter Bernardo Spencer was brutally shot 9 times on December 12, 2021 in rural Pennsylvania. The suspect and other persons present at the home were questioned and later released after consultation with the Venango County District Attorney’s Office. As the investigation continues, no arrests have been made an no charges have been filed. RIP Peter Bernardo Spencer
