Description

GOATA (Greatest of All Time Athlete action) coach Stephen Beahn has been an athlete his whole life, and like many others, he suffered from nagging aches and pains performing. After lifting and working out traditionally his whole life, he sought out GOATA to help him in ways no one else ever could. This fast growing methodology looks at the movement patterns of some of the greatest athletes that play for their whole careers with no injuries, as well as indigenous tribe members, babies, and some animals. It re-envisions and debunks fitness industry norms by helping athletes and the common man, woman, and young person re-code their body to move the way nature intended.
