Christian Merritt started as a youth athlete passionate for programming safe yet effective workout programs for himself, to helping both athletes and the general population become effective with their mind and body. He created the Merritt method and has ambitions to manifest it into a culture and community of driven individuals. He has recently opened up his own training space and specializes in helping golfers optimize their performance on the course.
