Philip Bliss is considered the second most famous Christian songwriter in history. Had he lived as long as his peers, Fanny Crosby and Ira Sankey, he might have surpassed them. But he tragically died in an accidental train wreck when he was just 38 years old.
In this episode, we look at the death of Philip Bliss and the words people spoke in memory of him.
The information in this episode is taken from the Biography, "Memoirs of Philip Bliss," by D. W. Whittle.
