▪️Toilet Paper missing in Nagoya
Nagoya isn’t the most popular city in Japan.
In fact, it was recently ranked Japan’s “least appealing city.”
So here is the thing… None of the public park bathrooms in Nagoya have toilet paper. I have no idea what they expect you to do in a bathroom without toilet paper, but I am beginning to see why this is Japan’s least appealing city.
Then Nagoya councilman Yoshinori Matsui came up with a genius idea
