In Episode 75, we discuss the May 22, 2023 Custody Status Order entered by the Court following the Indictment proceeding of that date. This order provides instructions concerning Mr. Kohberger's continued custody by the Latah County Sheriff's Department pending the next hearing. Mr. Kohberger is presumed innocent of these crimes until or unless he pleads guilty or is adjudicated guilty in a court of law.
