The deliciously healthy meals are crafted in a Somerset kitchen by dietitian Sasha and Michelin-trained chef, Matt Williamson. Using ingredients from sustainably-focused producers, the food is packed with flavour, nutrients and health benefits, then flash-frozen to lock-in its goodness.
