Everyone has a “sense of responsibility” who or what they feel responsible for what happens in their life, a very common example is God. Thanking god for good things that happen to you implies he was in some way responsible for that happening. That is called an external locus of control, believing that what happens to you is up to an external entity. What I “have” is the exact opposite, I have a very strong internal locus of control, I feel fully responsible for pretty much everything that happens to me, for the results I gets, for how people treat me, for what and how many friends I have and so on… That was a hard balance for me to find, what is actually my fault and how much is up to others. In this episode we’ll explore that and so much more. Mainly how an internal locus of control, as proven by psychology, has incredibly impacted my life, in a positive way. It’s a mindset and as so, something one can learn, but why would you? Well, let me explain it to you! Having more drive and feeling more successful are just a few examples, i’ll go into how it put me in some difficult positions and how I got out of those. Have a great day, and enjoy.
