Trying to balance school, friends, extracurricular activities, family, our mental health, it’s not easy at all. That’s why most high school students are in a cycle of bad habits, anxiety and a lot of stress. Ruining our days, and having three mental break down a week. I truly understand, I went and sometimes I still go through the same things, but in the mean time I’ve learned many lessons on how to get through this periods, how to feel better, and to not feel overwhelmed by my to-do list.
