Prior to his retirement in December 2020, we sat down to chat with Bill Dickens, who served the IGA as Executive Director from 2001-2015 and concluded his career as Senior Director of Administration from 2016-2020. Bill shares some of memories of his time in Iowa and what he will remember most from his career at the IGA.
