Vangela was a former School Counselor for 11 years turned "stay at home mama" who has always had that "you are called for more" nudge. Since having that nudge, she has brought her presence online to help women "Find their Fabulous." As a mom, she has realized the crucial part of self care and self awareness mentally and physically to conquer mom life and life in general. Her focus is on helping women get out of her own way and see the fabulous they have inside them, even in the mess of it all. By using a tiara as a metaphor, she says to keep your tiara on and pick it up when it falls off and become resilient.
She teaches specifically on beauty tips, fitness and healthy recipes ideas. She is a Seint Beauty Artist and virtually color matches women to a contouring foundation and teaches fitness classes as well.
