Rebekah Kissel is someone I’ve known for 10+years! She is a CPT, teaches group fitness and trains 1:1, has both a BA in Fitness & Nutrition and a NFPT master certification. She’s also a breast cancer recovery specialist. Coming from someone who has taken her classes and trained with her, I can tell you that Rebekah has always motivated me to be my best self.
