This is going to be a long listen but we wanted to have all of this combined into one episode. As mountain bikers we put a lot of wear and tear on our bodies. We demand a lot of power, take impacts, stress and tweak things, this list goes on. So we wanted to round up some of our favorite body focused professionals and get them on the mic to talk about how we can prepare, recover and repair our bodies. We’ve got Cory Worf covering strength training, Park Baker covering Yin yoga, Chanley Layton covering ROLF massage and Wesley Miller covering physical therapy. By no means should this episode be a prescription for your exact needs, but a general idea of the how and why to put more care into our physical fitness.
