On this week's episode, Kevin and Rudy discuss what they’ve come to learn about racism from their upbringings in the U.S within a Mexican household. As the boys open up their dialogue, they discover similarities in many of their experiences. They discuss the challenges they’ve faced in trying to address some of the issues they’ve observed within their culture over the years and even open up about racial slurs they were subject to growing up in Texas. Kevin also introduces us to an infamous and beloved old cartoon character, Memín Pinguín, a pickaninny style character that was well known throughout Mexico and other Latin American countries dating back to the 1940’s.
