On this inaugural episode I will be talking to Sarah from Track3, a Ski and Snowboard organization which helps children and youth who have disabilities develop and work on skills like confidence, self esteem, coordination and more through Skiing and snowboarding. I snowboarded with them for ten years. I'm very excited to welcome Sarah Stefanyk onto the podcast.
