We're back with another episode of Straight Outta Uni. This week we talk male mental health issues, ways to cope with on-going issues and areas where you can find help. Ronaldo takes the forefront and talks us through his experiences with suicide ideation and major depressive disorder in the aim to help others. Both hosts delve into the importance of checking in on your mates and share useful tips and resources to help individuals seek the help they need.

Below we have cited useful resources and websites in which we believe can support you through any mental battles or issues of wellness. Neither Ronaldo or Sophia are doctors therefore cannot give a 100% guarantee these resources will be situated for your needs.
