Meet Birdie….so synonymous with the Hard Rock brand that she goes by one name. Birdie is the longest tenured Hard Rock Café employee spanning 36 years as a server and bartender (1982-2019). Birdie is a no-nonsense gal with a soft heart who tells us about her journey from Ontario Canada and how love brought her to LA to the corner of San Vicente & Beverly where she started her career working for the Hard Rock Café.
