On this episode, we talk about our current workout routine. The gym has been a tough place especially during the pandemic. Margaret’s journey has been tough from losing a ton of weight to gaining muscle and actually watching the scale go up through lifting heavy. Margaret has been on a heavy lifting journey and can currently deadlift 233 pounds!

We talk about gym atmospheres and why it’s sometimes hard to workout in big corporate gyms. We also talk about how constant workout doesn’t always lead to weight loss. food is very important and not starving yourself is important. It’s a balance and a hard one to find. Every body is beautiful and you don’t need to workout to be beautiful. And not everyone who works out will look the same.
