Today I spoke with a good friend, fellow creator and advocate, Cat Leach!
She describes herself as a personal protection advocate. She is putting together a podcast called Close Calls with Crime where she will share the stories of every day people who have experienced situations that they have or haven't been able to deal with due to an understanding of personal defense.
Currently she is writing a course that will launch next year called Moms Who Model which is for moms to learn about personal defense so that they will be able to model behaviors and habits to keep their daughters safe.
