I'm joined on the podcast by friend, colleague and fellow fit pro Kristian Hill. I forgot to go over Kristian's fine credentials but he operates a bootcamp and is a personal trainer in Kilmarnock. Kristian has a miltary background and is known for his no nonsense approach to fitness often dispelling myths and challenging old beliefs. Today we dived in on what "mindset" people often have in terms of fitness or self improvement and what may need to shift in 2021 to get results and grow.
