Today we’re chatting about some of my issues with the Law of Attraction. While there are aspects of it that overlap with what we teach at Sisters Enchanted, there's one particular concept that I take some issue with - "acting as if."
1️⃣ Shift your mindset, don't just act: Instead of merely pretending to have something or be someone, focus on changing your thoughts and perceptions. How would someone who already has what you desire think and perceive the situation?
2️⃣ Inner work first: Start with the inner work, the feelings, and the thoughts that align with your desires. This is what fuels aligned action. When you skip the inner work and jump straight to action, you may find yourself moving further away from your goals.
3️⃣ Conscious creation: To create lasting change in your life, focus on conscious energetic alignment. Pay attention to how you want to feel, how you want to embody that energy, and allow that to naturally guide your actions. It's about more than just taking random "act as if" actions - it's about thinking and feeling as if.
