Sizes: Finding Faith in the Story of The Grinch! We will use the familiar Dr. Seuss story and
scripture to help us grow in our faith as we prepare for the birth of Jesus and the Christmas
Season. Advent, a Latin word that means “coming,” helps us prepare our hearts through
worship, devotion, the Advent wreath, and more for receiving the light of the world once
more. Today, we light two candles on the Advent Wreath as we explore the hard challenges of
the Christmas story, confessing that sometimes, our hearts are too small!
