Description

Today, we start a series on habits.  We all want to create healthy habits that actually last but sometimes our intentions fall short.  We need a little more intentionality and structure.  So grab a cup of your favorite warm drink and listen in as we start making these habits become reality for the long haul. 

Small Steps

Inward: Write out how your goal will help you grow.  List anything you can think of.

Outward: Write out how your goal will affect the others in your life.
