Emma Fillipoff has been a missing person since November of 2012. She was last seen by police officers after a loong day of erratic behavior stemming from what was believed to be undiagnosed, untreated mental illness. Despite countless reported sightings and years of searching, no trace of Emma has ever been found.
Where did she go? Did she have a stalker who was out to get her? Did she leave to start a new life? WHERE IS SHE???
