On October 5, 2012, 6-year-old Taylor Syring went to the beach with his step-mom, Laura. Taylor wanted to swim, so Laura agreed. Laura claimed to have been just on the shore, and saw Taylor get sucked under. Instead of administering CPR or calling 911, Laura drove 12 miles to the hospital. Taylor was pronounced dead. Why didn't Laura try harder to save Taylor?
