Ken has been in business since 2009 and his go to strategy for generating business has always been the good old fashion method of DOOR KNOCKING. Throughout Ken's Real Estate career, Ken has spoken to more than 10,000 people, face to face, at their front doors. Ken like many resisted the concept of door knocking for business till he was taught by his mentor, how to effectively door knock without coming across as "sleazy" or "salesy". Since then, this has been Ken's #1 Lead Source for his business.
Ken now is looking to inspire other REALTORS, Sales People or anyone looking to grow their business. He has taken on the brand of "THE DOOR KNOCKER" and has coined the hashtag #opportunityknocks. His goal is to document on Instagram his progress as he challenges himself to do the most doors he has ever done in 2021 as well as show everyone how they can do it too!
