This has been a huge debate over the last few years. Especially in markets like Vancouver & Toronto. I take a crack at the issue talking about a party who I feel has some responsibility for our houses unaffordability, yet seems to go under the radar, or in some ways is praised for the changes they make! If you haven't guessed it yet, we are talking about the Government!
