We discuss the cyclical nature of life's lessons from someone who's been around the block a few times, the life-saving quality of self-love, and how you can't make chicken salad outta chicken shit. Marylee turns her attention to Freddie's own learning processes which inspires Freddie's efforts to deepen in vulnerability moving forward in this space.
