Wow, this is a powerful podcast. Rebecca had a birth that went completely sideways with her first. She was breech and went down the path of advocating for a vaginal breech birth. This is not an easy journey. We’ve lost the art of breech delivery. It scares Birth Care providers because they’ve lost the skills to be confident in them. If you find yourself breech late in your pregnancy this is a MUST LISTEN. You do have choice. You do have options, and breech doesn't have to be scary. .
We cover that adventure, her subsequent birth, what life going from one-two is actually like, her new business venture and her 14 month honeymoon (pre kids! Lol) Rebecca is in the depths of toddler and baby life, and an entrepreneur. She is an incredible human who's voice is like balm for the soul.
Her advice for you - Get help - call on your people, having someone in the house to help or to take one of the kids for a walk, and give you a few minutes with the other one. Make that one on one time happen. I am just figuring it out and winging it, and it never feels like I have enough help.
