I am extremely honored to have this week's guest, Derek Zanetti (aka The Homeless Gospel Choir) on the show! Derek is an incredibly talented folk-punk artist from Pittsburgh, PA, and he's also a man with a personal music collection that could rival a record store!
We sat down to chat all about the art of collecting music in the physical medium, the impact of things like packaging, album artwork, and lyric inserts, thrifting to find rarities, and take a look through some of the highlights of his impressive collection of tapes, vinyl, and CD's.
