Bureaucracy.. To much red tape too any phone callsand too much paperwork involved all government waste. Why make something difficult for something so simple. Why not one page front and back with all the answers, why do we have to scroll down page after page ot to much turning of page after pagd to find the answers or the long wait. Truth is its never ending. Truth is we are to often given the run around stumped on just to get one answer. One phone call one page simplify it.
