Oh, this is a good one. A topic near and dear to my heart in Episode 14, I chat about kids and junk food and what we can do to shift things towards healthier alternatives.

As a mama myself, I get that our kid’s food can easily become the food we grab as well...it’s easy, right? It’s in front of us in those brightly coloured packages with catchy names. But do we really need to be feeding our kids this stuff?
