James shared his story of how a trip around Italy and a new found skill in pizza making led to the creation of a restaurant chain which now has 15 branches across the UK. Battling the challenges of the hospitality industry over the past year, James shed light on how Pizza Pilgrims thought outside of the pizza box, and how some of these changes have now become a staple part of their business model.
