An 8-month old baby that was hospitalized after he and his two siblings were found unconscious in their South Shore home this week has died. The Oregon torture suspect, Benjamin Foster, has been using dating apps to find his next victims, as well as people who can help him hide from police. News Nation's Ryan Bass reports that Foster was previously charged with five felonies in 2019, but plead down to one felony and one misdemeanor. The city of Galveston’s police chief has been placed on administrative leave as an investigation into a raid at a family’s home begins. Police Chief Doug Balli has been placed on a 10-day administrative leave by the city manager. After police were called to the scene of a man having a psychotic episode, EMS workers strapped him into stretcher face down, causing asphyxia.
