Description

"Tell me about a time you failed." It's a question I flubbed in an interview a few years back, and there's no reason for you to make the same mistake. Consider this question an opportunity to admit that sometimes you're not as successful as you'd like to be, and you can recognize the failure, learn from the failure, and improve as a result. But there's a catch - don't get caught up in the storyline - Get to the "what I learned from this" part ASAP. Check out this episode of Biz-eWerk for suggestions on how to master this standard (and scary) interview question.
