It was apropos for the Halloween episode, I mean "ghosting" just fits. But now, I'm on a rant. And I know, it's not my usual Positive and Professional podcast, but I'm tired of hearing this over and over and over and over from employers and candidates alike. How about we all stop Ghosting, and start communicating?
