When we come out, it doesnโ€™t always turn out to be a gay, rainbow-filled love-fest like we imagine. Members of the LGBTQIA+ community are often plagued by self-loathing, intimacy issues, depression, and anxiety. Weโ€™re constantly told that we should love ourselves, but how exactly are we supposed to do that?

Happy Queer Mind is an LGBTQIA+ self-help podcast hosted by actor and poet, Jess Darnell.
