Donnie Decker also known as The Rain Man. A weekend out of prison to attend his grandfathers funeral and things get weird. It starts raining inside the house he's staying at but apparently its not the house it's him. He returns to prison and is able to make it rain on demand. We know it sounds crazy but there's at least 10 witnesses that has seen this. Is it really Donnie or is it witchcraft or is he possessed?
