The Uppers Team took the PCM test that basically creates a self manual for us by classifying our Personalities. Allison has been working with this system for the past 3 years with her company. This system is used throughout government bodies, large corporations, and non profits.
Understanding ourselves, what makes us tick, and what can calm us down is a huge step forward in having a more successful day. Our personality language is not the same as our colleagues or partners, so to understand their personality can better help us communicate to each other and ultimately be more successful!
