Too many of us don't take our full (Earned) Vacation time from our jobs. Companies incentivize us to NOT take the time off. There's pressure from the work environment that makes us feel uncomfortable to even ask for it. We're afraid the work load when we get back won't be worth the time off. Well listen in and take that time off! You have earned it, your time is worth far more than any dollar amount and some time to yourself is more than deserved. What's money's worth if you can't spend it anyway?
